Who AM I?
Zachary HIte
ORIGINS:
I was born in the upper Midwest in 1996 to a family that would eventually swell to 10 members. Technology was something my father was always involved for his job, but as kids we were more out and exploring the world.
Computers began to fascinate me later in life after high school, and eventually I pursued a career in I.T.
Woodworking and the outdoors are something I have toyed with throughout my whole life. A great memory for me is that, at one point, my brothers and I used left over lumber and built a “plane” that was large enough for us to sit in and daydream.
LIFE NOW:
Married to a wonderful wife in 2020. I now have a rowdy son mucking about the place. I am ever increasing my knowledge of my chosen field through certification and am hoping to move into Cloud and am currently studying for Azure certifications.
EDUCATION:
I graduated high-school in 2015 and then afterward went to the University of Wisconsin River Falls to begin my pursuance of Bio-Technology.
In that semester I learned a-lot about what I do and do not like and then after a stint out of college I dropped the “BIO” from bio-technologies and pursued a Associates Degree in Applied Sciences.
During my final semester I “cut my teeth” with internship at a local hospital’s IT department. After graduation I did some odd-ball IT work for various private people before I began working for an IT Department in the Animal Health Industries. Where I continue to work to this day!
